They were supposed to have a vote on CAT system. One of the rules Hester Pierce wants left out so they cannot use FTDs as trades. She apparently works for "them". My hope is that CAT remains fully intact. No more passing FTDs back and forth between one another through ISDA contracts.

CAT definitely has them scared. They are doing everything they can to delay or get rid of CAT. Now they are trying to amend it so they have a loophole to crawl through. Criminals.

If CAT remains as is FTDs are going to start showing up on Reg Sho again with more and more over time.

Could be a thing of beauty if CAT remains INTACT as is now written~!
