I believe the longer it lingers the longer it holds off ASM and any attempt to put forth another vote to stuff their pockets. I hope it drags on for years TBH.

LC, I haven't followed that much, but from what I've seen here, it would affect LP et al's shares. If they lose, they have to return them, which reduces our dilution a bit. IMO

Really, this has been discussed ad nauseum here. Most everyone has put in their 2 cents already. Not sure there's anything left to do but see how it turns out.
