Both SB and I have said that Kramer is a skunk and deserves to be punished for his transgressions.

What you (and unfortunately many others) are seemingly too stupid to grasp is that what Kramer has been accused of has NOTHING to DO with shorting stocks! Converting convertibles into common stock and then illegally selling them IS NOT SHORTING!
