I do know that they did NOT pay off all those NOTE/LOANS that ALL came due, as they are still on the books (see the liabilities). Over $12.000,000 worth, which is part of that over $16,000,000 liabilities due.

But you may be correct, where did the 2023 financials say they paid that SEC FINE? Maybe I missed it.
