We can only go by what was said in the press release on April 9th... according to that release both Contrivivan and Durham Black agreed to an additional "Few Weeks" before the definitive agreement would be signed. So I would imagine that we get an announcement very soon. Most agree that a "Few" represents 2 or 3 weeks but not more then a month. Tomorrow it will be 4 weeks since they made that statement.
I would also think that when they do announce the definitive agreement with Durham they will update the status on the 3 additional LOI they signed that were a part of the April 9 press release as well. The 3 LOI had a 40 day window to perform the due diligence on moving forward with their deals and since we are not in the 30 day or more portion of that timeline I think we can expect an update with the Durham news.
If, and I say IF that all takes place there could be a hell of a jolt to the stock as we find out what the actual future plans are for this and more importantly how all of this will effect OneMindNG... which is the crown jewel of Affluence at the moment.
