COOP starting dividend payments is just a matter of time IMO

It would boost the PPS even more than the STOCK REPURCHASE PROGRAMM they started years ago and extended/increased multiple times...

I'm blown away this is up as far as it is today.
These guys buy mortgages and what they've been buying the past years are sub 3% fix rate. Quality mortgages. Not the high bankrupt variable loans.
That's not a lot of return in this inflationary decade we are heading into.,
I'm a customer not an investor. Wish I did a few years back when they bought us out. If she paid dividends?
