Is doesn’t appear that Linda fought too vigorously attempting to disprove those allegations. It also appears that DBSCAM’em got off because the rules for these matters were changed.

One would think that as a 'shareholder' you would be concerned with someone putting out false information on the company but you dont seem to be concerned, and as a CEO you should be doublely concerned, but instead you join in.
