Smart move by Dalrada. Raising money to fund the build for heat pumps without diluting the parent companies shareholders. Way to go

Further research confirms that the company formed a new subsidiary for the Home heat pump range it has announced to raise capitol to build and instal the Home units to ensure NO further dilution would happen to the parent company’s shareholders. Because the parent retains more than 51% of the ownership of the sub the financials will be consolidated. Very smart move by management.
