For specific reasons..company proving it can handle operating behind scenes..not NASDAQ yet. There’s benefit keeping certain things from certain eyes during this period of time.
The app (ppv) logo was everywhere at the event. On microphones, on people’s clothing etc.
The ‘super app’ needs investment as there is a whole lot more infrastructure and scaling needed that needs money. The ppv is fairly straightforward along with streaming music events etc.
The fight itself was not Vume’s fight. You can see all the entities involved here but it’s not Vume’s responsibility to market the fight.
