Nope. As long as there are enough of you out there...it remains a good trade candidate. I loaded up in the 3's for lawsuit dismissal and whatever other trials get initiated with no positive end in sight. I will sell during the false share price increases. While you and your crew continue to come up with a reason for why it isn't going anywhere again.
