RS does NOT reduce liquidity; it's net-neutral.
The market cap does not change; but a reverse split typically crushes any hopes or dreams of shareholders ever turning a profit. Reverse splits are a common instrument used by penny stocks to continue diluting shareholders.

Think about it, CG was caught blatantly LYING regarding diluting for convertible notes.
10-Q Q3 2023 - "Subsequent to the reporting period, the Company issued 102,402,799 shares for conversion of notes."

You’re not reducing liquidity when market cap doesn’t change on a reverse split. Volume will increase on a reverse split only to the bid side because traders know that companies reverse splitting sub .001 without an uplist are all diluting scams. If cG reverses down here, this will see the equivalent of .0001 current structure pre reverse. He said he wouldn’t reverse without an uplist .01. If he does anything different, this one is cooked. It’s bad enough he got on a plane before financials were signed off on and submitted. What is going on now is a joke and it makes him look like a scammer.
