The market cap does not change; but a reverse split typically crushes any hopes or dreams of shareholders ever turning a profit. Reverse splits are a common instrument used by penny stocks to continue diluting shareholders.

Think about it, CG was caught blatantly LYING regarding diluting for convertible notes.
10-Q Q3 2023 - "Subsequent to the reporting period, the Company issued 102,402,799 shares for conversion of notes."

$AHRO No answer as to why AHRO stock was down so much on the PR of a $2.5 MM contract.

There arent any conversions going on and wont be any conversions coming from convertible notes in the future.
