You really aren't very bright - when you post this nonsense.

"JP3E secures EB5 License see below. Any other garbage from the uninvested is just garbage. Clowns 🤡💯 You have lost this battle and the War!!"

You posted a Park created press release for your proof. That is hilarious and not how real DD is done - you take the press release and indepently verify it.

You are only parroting the company created hype. You certainly didn't post any real DD and Surf busted you - with the office being located in a Korean Restaurant.

You never do any research - if you did you would have found that the EB-5 was pumping BS.

"CLEARWATER, Fla., Jan. 19, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- JP 3E Holdings, Inc., formerly Spooz, Inc. (OTC: SPZI), announces its CIG International (CIG) acquisition, as its wholly-owned subsidiary."

https://www.ciginter.com/

From the website:

"CIG Partners Limited (“CIG”) is an international investment and management company. Found in 1998, CIG specializes in identifying, developing, and financing projects in the United States through its network of institutional investors."

Look someone found CIG in 1998.

So I checked the website and it wasn't created until January 12, 2024.

This is obviously part of the Spooz scam.

That is why you have to independently verify any company hype but you fell for it again or worse.

Now try and post real DD in the future so you won't keep embarrassing yourself.

NO "CIG is NOTworking on the Agriculture Technology Campus (“ATC”)"---because they reportedly haven't been working with HIM for months according to local news.

"SC agriculture campuscanceled deal for foreign investments, but visa program still touted"
By David Wren dwren@postandcourier.com

Early BRANCH — A plan to solicit foreign investments for the fledgling Agriculture-Technology Campus was shelved months ago, but a company that specializes in an esoteric visa program is still marketing the Hampton County project to people willing to spend big money to secure a green card

Hong Kong-based CIG Partners Ltd has been advertising the project to foreign investors interested in obtaining EB-5 visas..... John Park, the chief executive officer of CIG parent JP3E Holdings, did not respond to a request for comment. CIG's website describes the rural ...

Of course Park hasn't announced this little fact because he knows gullible greedy schmucks will still keep pumping it for him
