Remember this PR from 1/19/24 about a Agriculture Technology Campus in Early Branch, South Carolina which Park touts as "a massive undertaking consisting of a 6,000-acre site that will host 18 hydroponic greenhouses and 2 processing, co-packing and distribution facilities, a 100 megawatt solar facility, multi-family apartment complexes for over 1,500 workers, and a biochar processing facility...?" https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/SPZI/news/SPZI-JP-3E-Holdings-Inc-Secures-US-Department-of-Homeland-Security-EB-5-Program-and-Procures-the-Acquisition-of-CIG-Inte?id=427835
https://cigunited.com/?page_id=6269&ckattempt=1 (CIG/Park lifted it directly from this https://ccfirc.com/?page_id=6269&ckattempt=1 )

Yea well on 2/18/2024 the Pulitzer Prize winning South Carolina Post & Courier reported

>>SC agriculture campus CANCELED deal for foreign investments, but VISA program still touted<<

Feb 18, 2024: "A plan to solicit foreign investments for the fledgling Agriculture-Technology Campus was shelved months ago, but a company that specializes in an esoteric visa program is still marketing the Hampton County project to people willing to spend big money to secure a green card, Hong Kong-based CIG Partners has been advertising the project to foreigners interested in obtaining EB-5 visas... https://www.postandcourier.com/business/south-carolina-agriculture-visas-foreign-investment/article_d05058ea-bf82-11ee-9508-4789e40c9475.html

Another search turned up the same paper saying

SC agriculture campus says foreign investment pitch false --Post and Courier Feb 18, 2024 — John Park, the chief executive officer of CIG parent JP3E Holdings, did not respond to a request for comment. CIG's website describes the rural ...

(This paper has published multiple articles about this project but you have to subscribe to read them. I chose to save my money).

And this: https://ground.news/article/sc-agriculture-campus-canceled-deal-for-foreign-investments-but-visa-program-still-touted

Did you get that??? "the developer said he cut ties with CIG PARTNERS months ago"..yet Park is reportedly "still touting the US visa/green card" part in SC while promoting the entire project as some sort of asset to investors in his penny stock scheme.

* * * *
INVEST ENOUGH AND GET A GREEN CARD AND ULTIMATELY US CITIZENSHIP??? Is this the ''real'' business here?

In the few PR's of Park's I've read I don't recall an explanation of what an "EB-5 investment" is. But CIG's website sure does!!!

"EB-5 is One of the Best Investment Opportunities for Your Family to pursue Happiness in the United States.

Benefits of U.S. Green Card

*Investors may work, live or own their own proprietary business anywhere in the United States... the U.S. provides many financial, social and education entitlements: public schools, health and medical attention, social security and higher education....As a resident, the immigrant investor can benefit from lower college tuition costs, as well.... and can obtain U.S. citizenship after 5 years... Rural Area Project is the Fastest Solution for All EB5 investors, especially from backlogged countries such as China and India...An EB-5 investment is one way of becoming a permanent resident of the United States....EB-5 Visa Minimum Investment Amount of either $1.05 million U.S. dollars or $800,000 in a TEA (Targeted Employment Area) is required. When investors demonstrate that their investment has created at least 10 full time jobs for U.S. workers, they may receive green cards for themselves and their families...MORE--- https://cigunited.com/?page_id=6253/#1;

This document shows that, in 2017, John K. Park was the registered agent for G2 FINANCE LLC whose business purpose is to "Raise EB-5 Investments." So this is apparently nothing new to him. https://investorshub.advfn.com/uimage/uploads/2024/4/18/fnmovfpgmqJP4.jpg

Again, on January 19, 2024 Park announced that he had somehow magically acquired the aforementioned CIG PARTNERS and their EB-5 business as a subsidiary of Spooze. However, I suspect this Hong Kong (China) based company was in need of a front man in America since their country is run by an autocrat/ dictator. https://www.globenewswire.com/news-release/2024/01/19/2812484/0/en/SPZI-JP-3E-Holdings-Inc-Secures-US-Department-of-Homeland-Security-EB-5-Program-and-Procures-the-Acquisition-of-CIG-International.html

IMO it seems JP3E/CIG is in the business of assisting wealthy foreigners in obtaining EB-5 visas by matching them with qualifying projects here.
