Shareprice has to drop prior to dilution for dilution to qualify trading at the dropped price. Can’t get dilution at .0003 while price is trading at .03 so price jacks up in one day and then you see the traders take profits slowly on low volume following the jacked up prices and then towards the bottoms you see dilution after traders took profits so they can accumulate the shares with other shareholders money
