Bright Boy, What is Spit Shine and why is MWBO limited to two expansions per year?

Additionally, I learned that expansions to the plant are scheduled/permitted twice a year in conjunction with "Spit Shine" cleaning before and after completion AND those 2 windows are the last couple of weeks in May and the last 2 weeks in November.

Thanks for your post. The rest about Eden units doubling or tripling vaccine production and bringing in $150 million in revenue is great news and expected news since they can fit "up to 12" in a clean room (or is that suite?) But Edens would also fill the Grade A suites we already have in use for manual production, so would this 1,000-1,500 treatments be in addition to the rooms we already have?
