I like this company and what its doing just do not know or understand that situation at this time and i have shares

I have been an investor since day one via Start Engine, then have been buying shares on every dip. I didn’t see where the company got a notice of delisting. They have more than met required volume requirements. The only other thing would be requirement of fully audited quarterly financials or the audited annual. It’s not going to happen. Where my selfish concern is the company has restructured and making process improvements unit and personnel wise. Deployments increasing. Higher price target of $4.25. The shorts clearly have an impact and legal proceedings should bear fruit after years. No idea what the burn rate is which is predictor of available cash to remain viable. In my view over the next 30 days the shorts will be eaten alive as new contracts continue and incremental growth forces PPS upwards of $1.25-1.60. Shortly there should be significant volume increase if market believes the company can deliver. On the flip side, if the company does have its place in the security market, a mothership will buy the damn company. It’s cheaper to buy your competitor than trying to recreate the wheel. Ultimately I think longs win big. David
