Should it actually do what claimed, it won’t be installed in any typical building facility etc without the certification. Once building insurance companies realize what this is, they will demand certification before these would ever be installed and/or drop the customer. I invite one to walk into any decent sized electrical room, or electrical panel 400 amps and above and look for UL. The UL Label is on most legitimate products BECAUSE of the insurance risks. In fact I think the UL label is on all panels.
This is not a choice for Astra to make, it’s required
Astra doesn’t seem too interested, this making me think this is a scam, in my opinion. If this were legit, it would be there last year.
As far as I know, Astra hasn’t even bothered submitting their narrive and the required requests for UL to give them a price quote for their testing. That should have been done a month ago.
