Don't read too much into this.....
I noticed that the V.C. who comes up as part of the company [CoStar] : Haolin Sung from Taiwan, is also funding BioEclipse Therapeutics.
I personally know someone from BioEclipse [Startup Co]
Both could be bagging some POs from a PubCo.Illumina [$ILMN] comes up on pubs & Recent Research on mRNA delivery using Red-Blood Cell Membranes, as CoStar is currently doing.

I think $SHMN is close to putting out a PR. Let's see......
