The [ovarian cancer] settlement excludes mesothelioma plaintiffs, but 95% of these have cases have already been resolved.

The remaining 5% of mesothelioma cases may yet be a material burden—a jury just rendered a $260M verdict (of which $200M comprised punitive damages):
