Thanks for the info and I'm glad Vascepa is working for you on weight loss off-label.

The unnamed PFE Oral small molecule compound was described by at a Leerink conference by M Dlosten as :"..;it's one of those mechanisms that being validated by biologicals from companies that are in that space,...the type of mechanism that you hear from Lilly and Novo. ... being the first company to make an oral version of it.:"

So it is unlikely that Vascepa is the unnamed compound given PFE would be "the first to make an oral version of it" as Vasecepa is oral already among other items. The unnamed PFE compound more likely it is a hormone associated with weight loss. See #msg-173593650
