Their plan was NEVER to do ANYTHING but ride it out to the bitter end of their lives and suck any benefits out of it for themselves only. Don’t be so gullible. 25+ years of salaries. That was their goal and they attained it. SUCKER Pom Pom shakers…….hand waivers……and tote bag holders kept them fed all these years and still don’t realize it. DUMB AS A BOX OF ROCKS!!!!!!….This pig goes to slaughter by year end and management did just enough to be able to throw their hands up in the air and say “Well, we tried”……. There is a reason a LAWYER is running a BIO company and it’s not a good reason either……..Multiple, infinity, continuous, borrowing, and out of eye rolls zzzzzzzzz…………..

It’s not what we want it’s what Linda Powers wants. For a parallel, look at the US Senate. Incumbency is powerful and she has her poison pill.

So to know what will likely happen, look at her past behavior and determine if controlling this technology is more or less important to Ms. Powers than other considerations.

Maybe she’s changed and mellowed behind the scenes but the way the company is run belies that notion as it is very much same old, same old.

This management team has been working on DCVax-L for over 20 years. No other management team knows better than them. Plus, younger management team comes into shape. You can save your Wall street BS doctrine for other mediocre companies.

Linda Powers would make an excellent Chairwoman Emeritus with newer C suite brought into run the company. We would obviously get some new board members. Based on my insights and instincts these are likely outcomes not a buyout.

Management would be in violation of their fiduciary duty if they sold the company now while it's under such manipulation. Majority of shareholders will not support a buyout at this time. Management wouldn't have engaged in a multi-year lawsuit against Wallstreet if they were planning on selling the company in 2024 or 2025. Newco with BP partnership seems most likely.

Pardon my expression, but you're "dead-on" with you're perspective.
It's kind of scary to think those folks are going to keep up with their "under the radar" lack of positive projections.
Surely there's business happening so they need to reveal their plans and performance!!!!!!
