When you put it that way, it sounds really dire:

Being named in a criminal indictment doesn't mean that one committed a crime. It doesn't even mean that one was indicted. Case in point, Nick Campanella wasn't indicted. They didn't charge him with any crime. Because he didn't commit any crime.
