Campanella was NAMED as a Co-Conspirator in a federal criminal indictment. In a SWORN affidavit by the FBI agent investigating, it's stated that Campanella FORGED a letter on a company letterhead, claiming he had access to the 3M masks, when he didn't. This was all reported by the NY Times, are you calling an FBI agent or the NY Times liars??
As to why Campanella wasnt charged, we don't know the answer to that. He could've provided assistance to prosecute the main guy, or they figured he wasn't worth the effort to prosecute since no one gave $$ to them. (ironic this dimwit couldn't even sell masks during a pandemic, LMFAO)
The fact remains he forged a letter, just like he faked the "720MW solar panels sold LOI", just like he faked the site visit and had to publish photoshopped photos to his LinkedIn account.
As of today, this company is delinquent in its SEC filings, no factory site, zero revenue, reviser split that wiped out sharehders, down 95% in the last year, $400k market cap with 10x that of debt.
