Yeah, insiders sell when they see no good future for their stock...otherwise he would have held for a real merger, and there isn't one - not to mention all the SEC and FINRA problems that have not, and most likely will never be resolved.

Additionally, since Sharp has had these tickers over the last 3 years, there has been share cancellations and overall good management of the share structure in terms of dilution. So good on Sharp, for dumping his shares & making some bank.

Good management by Sharp dumping all his GVSI common shares? Not only did Sharp dump all of his GVSI common shares, he failed at the most important thing and something he pumped for years - a merger - and there is NO MERGER (none for three years now).

Some management - dumping his common shares on investors after pumping a merger for three years that never happened.

Now lying about it, I can understand the frustration. But let's prove it then. Who is going to throw the first stone?

There is no excuse for a CEO to lie to his investors - period. Plus the truth is in the most recent legally binding signed GVSI financials. Something many here don't bother to read.

Instead they believe liars like Drugdoctor, Delerious and Lime Time. Luckily the most prolific liars - MrNormall, HokieHead, Keith and Lane Myers left after the last price crash that proved them all to be liars...at the expense of some unfortunate long investors here.
