Sharp said he didn't sell. I believe Sharp.

I believe CEO signed financial statements that are legally binding over anything Sharp spews in his personal X account.

List any stock split, stock dividend, recapitalization, merger, acquisition, spin-off, or reorganization either currently anticipated or that occurred within the past 12 months:

NONE

No merger to speak about - at all. Could GVSI's FINRA Rule 6490 violation and FINRA's Notice of Deficiency have something to do with this? Or is it the bloated AS of 7 BILLION AS and 2.1 BILLION OS have something to do with it or could if be that no serious company would want to do a reverse merger with a company that is not SEC registered and reporting with six years of missing financials?

Also from the most current quarterly financials:

We have incurred nominal operations since custodianship and will actively search for suitable merger candidates to assist in the sustaining of operations. The Company is being funded solely by its CEO as of June 30, 2023, and has been since the custodianship was effective.

So not only is there no merger candidate, the search for one hasn't even started.

Again, I've been saying that there is no merger candidate to speak of.

You can believe Sharp all you want but there's a reason why GVSI is in the .002s and it's in the financial statements, along with Sharp dumping all his 20 million common GVSI shares.

Something doesn't add up here. Sharp dumped all of his 20 million GVSI common shares and then lied about never having been issued those shares.

The 20 mil shares of $GVSI that was listed with my holdings in today's revised filing, were previously stated in SEC filings, but were overlooked in the original OTCM disclosure. These shares were purchased out of the market prior to my custodianship app. & gave me standing.

For those asking, I was never issued the 20 million $GVSI shares in question, which is why they do not appear on subsequent filings. Contrary to what those who like to "pay me back" would like you to believe, I did not sell those shares.
