I did note though the domain name www.digibriks.com has been registered. Ahah! But what if Patrick is locked in negotiations to buy the domain name. Not saying he is but clearly a possibility.

I mused Digibriks is a crypto tongue in cheek play on the word BRICK, as in bricks and mortar. Sorry OS, best I can do ATM. Maybe someone else knows better. (then please post)

It's a WEAK theory but can Briks somehow equate to the Block Chain? It's B2B commerce we're involved with after all. I saw where bankers were involved with business finance somehow in DIGIBRIKS also. The whole merger would be fatally flawed if there wasn't crypto commerce in the midst somewhere would it not.
