Linda Perry claimed at the hearing that she owned no common stock of Digital
Brand, but the company's last Form 10-K for the period ended August 31, 2014 shows that she owned over 16.5 million shares of the common stock. (Tr. 82:4-10; Div. Ex. 20, at 37).
