Us is WMI, Lehman’s and F&F.

We are all included in the Derivative Market correction process of LIBOR (CDS/CMO…).

Our ABS(MBS/RMBS…bonds) were insured by the CDS…
WMI, Lehman’s and F&F all reinvested in their bond offerings.
Required to hold 15% minimum of their offerings.
Many Hedge Funds are invested in the same bonds we are.
