Onemind has no shares they are a wholly owned subsidiary of Affluence. The comparison is thus Chevrolet is a wholly owned subsidiary of General Motors, Chevrolet has no shares

All the LOI’s coming into Affluence will be wholly owned by Affluence. With the exception of Durham Black. They are merging into Affluence and when that deal is done All of the LOI’s will be a part of Durham Black. So the short of it is the only entity that has shares is Affluence.
