I don't remember Harry having any involvement with Clone 3 or 7. I thought the development of Clone 3 and 7 was on Joseph and maybe partially on Chandra. I do believe that SAGA thinks that they bought the rights to the technology by purchasing the subs. I don't believe that a transaction has been completed just because ENZC and SAGA claim it did.
