These shares at ATM and majority have been since they left the NASDAQ. That's why they went to the OTC. It's a lot easier with no interference from the NASDAQ

It was Smokey if I'm not mistaken a few days ago.
According to him, it was most likely the exercise of the warrants that increased the outstanding number of shares.
I can't find his post about this at the moment.
