It sounded like BGEN was returned to ENZC as an an empty shell because Charles and Chandra were officially gone according to the latest ENZC PR. Charles and Chandra left ENZC and took the Clone 3 , clone 7 and the AI platform with them, respectively. Charles and Chandra opened up their new companies which have nothing to do with BGEN nor EnZC any more
SAGA is still delisted and worthless to ENZC shareholders in terms of dividend shares.
