Dear Laxmi. Please do not venture into the questioning of whether you should post here, or not.
There is no question. You should definitely post here. Any suggesting otherwise is faulty advise. Leadership communication is essential, especially when challenges are abound. Communication provides focus, understanding, and clear expectations. Regardless of the figures, a contract was forged in December. And as you work to deliver, communication is key.
When all is said and done there are two levels of communications today. One level is the payout as contracted with investors, and the other is the forward view of business prospects and investor ROI. It might be good to keep the two levels communicated separately for greater communications focus and clarity.
My suggestion is to ONLY post here with updates and relevant info and stay out of the back and forth conversation. Responding to the negativity is not helpful or productive. I have said it before and I continue to believe that the best response is to produce results. I know you are working hard on delivering, but until tangible results are seen there will always be those who will question and make comments. No amount of words can silence them.
Delivering on promised results will silence many doubts and turn the tide. I continue to believe that we are nearly there. But we are not there yet. So my request is that you refrain from responding to all the noise and only post here with meaningful updates.
