As a pained entrepreneur, I would like to write to those who are negative on us, Please assume no hope on this company -- think you lost what is invested like any other trade you make on the floor -- and then anything that turns positive from us in real terms would appear a very positive outcome -- until then please keep no hopes at all -- The reason to post anything here has never been with an intent to raise money but to keep posted of the developments in the company -- I have written many times here -- The quantum of subscription we received from any of you has never been significant to the amount that we as founders and the company internally spends to progress in its vision. The total investment subscription including anything that you invested on ITUP as a market play does not match a fractional % of the Cash Grant we are readying to pay. Honestly to write, the total subscription received from any of you folks does not even match what this company paid to the few shareholders here that I have very passionately taken them into the company to support my shoulders. I am not disrespecting anyone's investment and not defining the size but writing so to clarify and respond to the vulgar comments I see on this exchange disregarding the depth of one human and his efforts -- Horrendous mindset -- Frankly I do not need to even be present here and extend no communication other than a normal response that any other company offers or does not offer when somebody sends any communication -- there is even no need to take the pains of pulling any efforts to make the cash grant out of verticals that are completely private. And there are hardly not more than 20-25 investors on ITUP from the market and the total purchase from all these investors is not even more than $300,000 (even that money we have not received but the sellers from the market - none of original investors from my end when acquiring this company have exited any single share anywhere). But, It is the emotion and the 'togetherness feel' that makes me write here. It is the responsibility that makes my heart to update. I am not even a company on the floor and there is no speculation here that some of you all the time do on market floors to gain or loose money. I never write like this but these last few days of communication and the intolerable communication extended on this blog on the efforts of the founders are forcing me rather -- I know many of you have dealt with many startups and some do not even get traced. But, as a responsible founder, I stand between all of you, and update whatever is happening. We struggle, not pay ourselves any compensation but we burn our time, energy and effort to see the vision of this company successful. Every bit of the development -- positive or negative I explain with brutal honesty. And talking of the progress or result -- the effort and the progress is intangibly so huge that couple of large banking groups discussing with us to underwrite the entire block of 20 million shares and the pricing is market matched. I always write and I am writing now -- Rome is never built in a day but the remains of that empire are still visible -- The mission is life size and to unfold the vision, we have worked and crossed several excruciating challenges and some were even mission impossible but we never gave up in exhaustion. I can go silent as I am advised to go silent but I feel this group is like my extended family. I can just behave like any other company but I consider a few members here as of mine and treat all of you like a mirror to see myself and gain comfort and the responsibility out of it. I write here to increase my commitment that I should definitely "DO".
I just appeal -- Please kindly stop this negative writing....stop this smear ..... stop this horrendous and painful blood shower on one entrepreneur who is genuinely working his might to put this company with a very life size ambition. The effort is not to seek any wrongful personal richness but the zeal to impact and bring a change to the economic lives of many thousands who are suffering ...Any vertical or instrument that we have chosen has its significant focus towards uplifting an economic cause, including our choice to undertake Nigeria...or go deep into the rural of India or Indonesia...Every dollar that I have from wherever I receive first goes to the company ...Never there have been incidences of me spending luxuriously on anything disregarding the interests of the company and its survival. My entire family works for this company contributing significant hours...Not every entrepreneur is fraud, scandalous or cheat...We are rather burning our souls to roll this vision and to see shareholders gain value. Nothing else matters for us other than this company - we do not even look at any partial opportunities including investing outside ...we just put our blood, money and energy into this company..... If you think we are one in the several you have experienced in the market and assume all of our writing here as fake/ambitious/assumptive, please write us off in your mind and, when the results seed in, I am sure your heart will then recognize us. From my end, I can vouch, we are dying to make this company and its vision quite a life size... I am just pained to read through all this exchange and I just hope this horrendous practice of abusive commenting should not force a few genuine entrepreneurs like to me to death...Very painful and slanderous... Please all let me know if I should continue to post and update... And pardon me if I am communicating emotionally -- I am indeed emotional....
