Not too late for the Clown Motel business foray, I don't think. Between the several Grants, a host of dusty, old geos and the new COO (Clown Operations Officer), plus you clowns, there's plenty of bodies to work reception, housekeeping and maybe even run a small diner in the lobby serving up clown burgers and fries and balloon animals for the kids.
I won't ask about assays anymore because I know there will be none. Nada. Zip. Zilch...
