If the SAGA deal did close and Biogeysis and Virogentics are now under SAGA, why do you believe the shares are worthless? I concur that the valuable intellectual property is still under Biogenysis (including exclusive licensee rights to the Zhabilov Trust patents). The value of ENZC has been Biogenysis for some time. So, if Biogenysis is now under SAGA, how can SAGA shares be worthless?

I agree with you that the new ENZC CEO did indeed make a statement that they were working with FINRA in order to consummate the SAGA dividends to shareholders. That statement implied that the SAGA deal has not closed.

SO, then WHY do the Cotropias & Chandra & Zhabilov keep filing more applications, and stages of such, for their Patents????
Thus the question remains in my mind as to WHO REALLY owns these Patents!!!
