X has stated that just an ounce of perk can coat up to a million devices. They have been producing perk for years now. So don't think a perk supply shortage is an issue for not signing deals. Why has he not been able to complete a tech transfer deal or foundry partner? It just seems that he continues to have excuses on all fronts.
