Okay what is the point , no mention of what they are doing for the shareholders and mentions everyone they have been promoting for the last two years. Sounds much like the same BS we have been hearing for awhile. Will the two new companies beware the dividend is paid from , because SAGA isn't worth a dime at this point to get a dividend from.
I guess the big question is why was Enzolytics worried about the old shareholders that held notes and 100's of millions of shares. They never got the shares back so if anything is paid out as a dividend thoses same holders if they kept their shares will be reward anyway. So it seems alot of wasted time and money wasted, that they would still get something from it after all the effort to stop what and for what purpose? If they actually had everything they promoted and it made it to market everyone would have been better off. GLTA

Mutat, WHERE was this posted?-- Where did you get this information? IF this is a new Company being formed by those mentioned in this/your Post, will it be offered as an IPO? IF so, I'm not interested. You know what they say about once-burned. I've been horribly disappointed & let down. It's just VERY SAD!

As far as I'm concerned, these people need to 1st correct the Company called Enzolytics they ran, that Shareholders lost money in. ONCE that's done, then I might be interested in something else they do.

I'm not judging the leaders of ENZC, and I'll gladly give them the benefit of the doubt, but they FIRST need to fix what went wrong in Enzolytics before I'd invest with them again. And I'm waiting for them to do just that, & pray they will succeed~ and soon !!!
