The word, “soon” is such a wonderful adverb that encompasses everything and nothing at all
You nailed it! The interpretation of “soon”, in my opinion, is a function of your chronological age; for someone in their twenties or thirties soon does not have the same meaning as for someone in their seventies or eighties.
