We kind of went through this a few months ago. The source of the data (after your search, see Quick Facts then More) is pitch book which is not from the US. Reviews report it to be incorrect and do not provide sources of their info. Also it’s most likely scraped from the PR from access wire from September ‘23.

I don’t want to be a downer but it’s not done until it’s done. And if I’m wrong… great. But it would have been announced had it closed.
