Nobody has "standing". Redhawk's private. Kludge-the-Stooge can do anything he wants with the company without notifying anyone. It's his private thing now.
I'm amazed that so many posters don't understand the difference between private and public companies.
Redhawk WAS a public company with reporting responsibilities, which it ignored.
It's now a PRIVATE company after giving a big "Fuck You" to shareholders and wiping them out 100%.
