NW Limited (by either name) is no more than a totally owned subsidiary of NWMO set up years ago to handle the real estate transaction.

Nothing recently has changed, and none of this maters at all.

Yes, DanishDud, that's what I said. Not sure what new facts you're presenting or just the usual blabbing?? Northwest had control of Aracaris Limited. But the real question is why the move to NWLimited entity with removal of the British (Vistra) "Secretary"? Could just be cost savings or maybe something else.

Thank you both for clearing things up for me.

My comment regarding LP removing connections to toucan was, as a certain fudster has painted me, being the class clown.

What I meant is that LP had named the entity in the UK Aracaris because I believe an aracaris is a young toucan bird, or something along those lines, possibly whimsically or otherwise.

My comment posited that LP was retiring the definitional connection to toucans, which I assume she likes the toucan birds or hold some personal preference or other reason for the naming choices.

With that out of the way, now I understand the scope of the change from Aracaris Ltd to Northwest Biotherapeutics Ltd, thank you.
