Thing is. He wouldn't be able to take from a lender at these levels. They would have already seen how dangerously low this is. So if there are 2 more potential rounds, PU will find a way, which tells me they have their methods. I have seen CPAs find a way to rack up billions of shares at these low levels. If he can land a CRO, there is absolutely zero reason he and his butt bros can't fork out the money. Shit. I'd imagine Fabrizio would. $30-50k is nothing. There has to be a better reason. If I hear from a CRO that all it is is money, Jim is a problem because he is getting it everywhere else.

You know a RS destroys the value. Yeah it would be in pennies but you have a fraction of the shares you would be down even more money so what are you trying to say? If he does a reverse split while stock is under .001 your investment would shrink below trips smh???? what are you saying

Preferred Shares do not get touched correct, but the commons take the hit so owning preferred shares you make out pretty good in a RS

I would like to believe so, but there is just not much room for movement at this level. A bio company needs money, they do not have a product to sell at the moment. We will be a $0 revenue company for years to come and share price will be based on forward potential earnings.

There will be more shares converted in May and you better believe more notes were taken out in Q1 and most likely this Quarter as well so there will be more dilution in the summer months and then into the fall.

A CRO will not take this on without cash up front and the last filing shows about $0 in the bank.

There is no more room for toxic lenders at this level, so the only logical reasoning would be a reverse split (lets say a 1:25 or even a 1:50) would get the PPS in the low pennies and then start the funding routine all over again.

I hope I am wrong, but logic points to that direction unless management hires a magician and pulls a rabbit out of a hat.
