According to a poster on Stockwits ( from a translator) "Motivational presentation by Lebby. If a PR comes out, it will be a blast with several tier 1s at the same time and apparently not a small contract."

If there is a PR with "multiple tier1s" I don't see how one tier 1 could simply write a check and buy it/us. What happens to the other tier 1s deal. Do the agreements simply transfer to the new "owner"? Perhaps they are all working it out together and they are aware that they will be dealing with the buyer...

I guess this "multiple tier1s PR" could be wishful thinking and perhaps there is just one looking to buy it all.

I really appreciate your point of view Dude and am wondering what you imagine an acquisition deal looks like for LWLG. Do they simply buy us with a cash offer, stock swap, half and half? What kind of numbers would you guess would be offered?

Also, would they have to bring that kind of an offer to all shareholders or are there enough large holders that they could do it without bringing an overall vote?
I appreciate any input you may have for me!! Thanks Dude!

Dude, I don't think you are thinking this through properly

Consider the fact that Lebby did not have 100% knowledge that he would be successful and having LWLG technology 100% ready for Mass commercialization on large Foundry 200 mm wafers 1 year ago, so logically if it were not ready the fallback would have been to do smaller deals that did not require such volume but considering the fact that they have success and can produce now in Mass scale the smaller deals make no sense any longer, so yes obviously these larger player deals are much more complex and going to take longer time frames to complete but the road to Ubiquity will actually be quicker if you skip the smaller deals up front and that is exactly what Lebby is doing here, why? Because he can!! and that has only been enabled because of the INCREDIBLE progress that LWLG has made in this past year!! Let's not forget that Lebby has shown that every Short argument was 100% wrong they said this could not scale and yet here we are today knowing that Lebby can do mass production of LWLG'S 4x200 modulator chips arrays!!
