That would be really relly disappointing to have a bad earnings report a year after they took over the company. Not sure how you build any momenteum when the earnings go the wrong way. But they did not pre release so that tells me it might not be good. If earnings are bad they will need the buyback to just keep the stock over a buck imo bad earnings usually amount to like a 30% drop for amrn.
Plus its not like it would be some earth shattering PR pretty much everyone knows it was going to be approved.
