I think it is great to see people who were misled hold people accountable for deceit and/or incompetence. It makes for a better market (whether it be pinks or blue chips or anything else).
Did you ever get that dividend letter? When do you think the dividends will actually be issued? Do you think a company should pump dividends to those who are shareholders by date X and then fail to deliver the divided for more than year from date x?
