Gosh, I hope your right that the attorney letter resolves the CE. I have seen no evidence that it takes 3-6 months, please post details of where that is in writing. I also unfortunately see nothing in the attorney letter that a) explains what caused CE b) therefore we have no idea if the issues have been addressed.
Additionally, we need to know now, as shareholders, (actually we should have known this 2 years ago) is if the CEO and Board resign will CE be cleared? If CE can't be cleared it may be the most beneficial option for all.
