The SEC has to initiate the Fair Fund. I believe that Swamp collected on a Fair Fund distribution.

Generally on the OTC want to blame everyone but the insiders and themselves - it will be the shorters and naked shorters - paid bashers - real pharmaceutical companies didn't about ENZC.

If you invest in a OTC Pharmaceutical company you are guaranteed to lose your investment. Because OTC companies don't have access to capital. And could never do a FDA approved clinical trial.

And as most have hopefully learned that a drug patent doesn't have any value until it passes clinical trials.

Only about 10 to 12% of drugs pass FDA approved clinical trials.
