If he had some meat, it would be much smarter to put it out and get eyeballs on the fact it was happening. Then, PU would have number of people to sell into. The fact he allowed a catastrophic destruction of the pps all at once to bring this stock back down here is clear indication he has nothing. So, who the hell knows what BS he will come up with. But it won't be enough
